The British D-Day Tour Itineraries
The following is a series of set one-day itineraries that break up the scope of the sector into manageable quantities. You can choose between the days to match your interest or needs. Each day can be taken as a standalone tour or the day tours can be combined to make a visit of several days with overnight stay.
Collect from either Bayeux or Caen railway station, or hotel.

British and Canadian Sector 1
- 360º Circular cinema show at Arromanches (subject to opening times)
- The Mulberry Harbour at Arromanches
- Gold, Juno and Sword Beaches with stops at specific points of interest
- The Juno Beach Center
- The Casino site at Ouistreham
- The Atlantic Wall Museum
- The Peace Memorial Museum in Caen
British and Canadian Sector 2
- The Canadian Military Cemetery at Beny
- Pegasus Bridge and Café Gondree
- Pegasus Bridge Memorial and Museum
- Ranville Military Cemetery
- The Merville Battery and Museum
- The Hillman Strongpoint, Colleville-Montgomery
- That famous sea-front house at Bernieres
- Abbaye d’Ardennes, Caen
- The Chateau d’Audrieu
For either of the above days or at the end of the tour, return to Bayeux railway station in time for the 18.15hrs fast departure to Paris, or return journey by Brittany Ferries and car to London. See: Travel from the UK.
